Construction document preparation includes plans and specifications used by building owners and managers to solicit competitive bid proposals from prequalified roofing contractors. Experience also includes the observation and monitoring of roof construction for compliance with project specifications and good roofing construction practices.
Mr. Loefgren has evaluated and prepared construction documents for many types of low slope roof systems including built up roofs, modified bitumen membranes, and single ply roof membranes as well as steep slope roof systems including asphalt shingles, concrete and clay roof tile, and metal panel roof systems.
